The series production of sensors, cable harnesses and other components places high demands on the quality of insulating tubing and heat-shrink tubing sections.

Our strengths in processing heat-shrink and insulating tubing lie in tight length tolerances, high cutting accuracy and flexible implementation combined with very short lead times. Tubing below 1 mm in diameter is cut to special lengths from 3 mm.

Our customers choose the required tubing material (heat-shrink tubing / insulating tubing / fiberglass sleeving) and define the required cutting length.

BIT heat-shrink and insulating tubing is cut to the required special dimensions in our own production facility in Heimerzheim. We provide this service on six production lines.

Benefit from heat-shrink tubing sections (shrink sleeves) and insulating tubing sections made to your specifications (diameter, colour, length).
