Logistics
Quick response times and reliability are key!
BIT Bierther GmbH maintains a comprehensive inventory and makes sure logistics are first and foremost focused on customer needs. This is why domestic delivery times for our standard products are typically 24 hours or less.
Service
In our effort to cover as many demands as possible, we offer a broad range of customization options.
Just talk to our Sales and Support team to have consecutive serial numbers, a logo or a barcode imprinted on the tubing you’d like to order. For cutting tubing to length plus custom printing alone, we have six production lines running at all times during business hours.
Other options include special packaging or using your company’s own packaging, labels or tags. When it comes to customization, there is very little we cannot do.
Quality Management
As an expression of our sense of commitment to product quality and superior service, we have chosen to undergo regular official certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
The excellence of our quality management was formally recognized back in 1997 when we were first awarded this standard by the German TÜV, a quality-control and certification clearing house acting on behalf of European Union agencies and the national government. Most recently, TÜV inspectors examined quality management processes and workflows at BIT in July 2022. Once again, BIT passed recertification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 with flying colors.
