In the industrial electronics, plant engineering and medical technology sectors, manufacturers are often required to use pre-cut tubing with extremely tight tolerances for mass production. BIT cuts heat-shrink and insulating tubing made from various plastics to the lengths specified by the customer – with the utmost precision.

Our customers select the required tubing material – for example, from the ranges of heat-shrink tubing, PTFE tubing, silicone tubing or expandable braided sleeves – and specify the desired cut length.

We carry out the custom cutting of our tubing using six production lines, which are regularly serviced and certified. This offers our customers the highest level of reliability for series production.

On request, we can also print on your tubing sections. Whether it’s a company logo, brand name, barcode or sequential serial number – almost anything is possible.

Printing can be carried out on black or coloured heat-shrink tubing using a variety of ink colours.
