Shielding braid BIS GE PA/CU EMC
Material composition:
- Polyamide 6.6 threads, individually wrapped with tinned copper.
- Thread thickness inlay PA 6.6: 0.25 mm
- Total thread thickness: 0.27 mm
Properties and advantages:
- Easy to stretch and install thanks to the PA inner core, time saving compared to solid material
- No risk of injury during installation compared to solid material
- Good mechanical abrasion resistance
- Good corrosion resistance thanks to tinned copper
- Weight saving compared to solid copper material
- Improved shielding values at lower frequencies compared to BIS GE PA/EMC
Processing and assembly:
- Minimise fraying when cutting with a sharp tool
- Protect against fraying after cutting and installation (e.g. shrink tubing)
- Important: Do not forget earthing
- Customers must carry out application-related tests for input, output, installation situation, earthing, etc.

- Also suitable as shielding braid for modern electric cars, robots, control systems
