PEEK is a high performance material that is ideal for medical, analytical and industrial applications.
PEEK is an organic polymer with excellent resistance to thermal decomposition at high temperatures. PEEK tubing has high column strength as well as high tensile strength and flexural modulus, making it perfect for catheters and other tubing applications that require good torque performance and pushability.
PEEK tubing is used in applications where exceptionally high stiffness is required. The excellent biocompatibility of PEEK makes it suitable for long-term implants. PEEK is widely used in catheters, HPLC, 3D printing and aerospace and automotive applications.
PEEK can serve as an alternative to steel, aluminium, glass and other polymers.
The low moisture absorption, high abrasion and chemical resistance, biocompatibility, torsional stability and excellent stability at elevated temperatures make PEEK a suitable material for many applications.
